Hey love, I'm Shae. I'm the woman behind Olamide's Hair Bar, based right here in Houston, TX. I started this brand for one simple reason: I was tired of gambling on bundles. The shedding, the thin ends, the hair that looks nothing like the pictures — I knew we deserved better. So I went straight to the source, put my hands on the hair myself, and only sell what I'd wear. Every bundle and wig is quality-checked before it ships. What you see is what you get — thick from root to tip, long-lasting, and worth every dollar. You might also know Jade — my AI girl from Jade Studios. Jade is the face of the brand, and I'm the woman behind her and the business. We work as a team: she brings the glamour and introduces the look, while I run the business, quality-check the hair, and pack every order with love. Thank you for shopping with me. Keep your bundles laid

Good hair lasts when you treat it right. Here is how to keep your 10A bundles soft, full, and moving.

Co-wash when it arrivesRinse out the factory coating with conditioner, then let it air dry. Your bundles start fresh and soft.

Wash gentlySulfate-free shampoo, lukewarm water, and always wash in one downward direction. Never pile the hair on top of your head.

Condition and detangleCondition from mid-shaft to the ends. Detangle with a wide-tooth comb, starting at the ends and working up.

Dry with careAir dry when you can. If you use heat, keep it low to medium and always apply a heat protectant first.

Style smartFlat iron straight bundles smooth. Scrunch waves and curls back into shape with a little leave-in. A little shedding is normal with any wefted hair.

Protect it at nightSleep in a satin or silk bonnet or scarf. Braid or twist longer lengths so you wake up tangle-free.

Install tipsDo not cut the wefts more than you have to, and seal them if you do. Bleach and dye at your own risk — coloring voids returns, so see a pro for color.

Pool, ocean and sweatChlorine and salt water dry hair out fast. Rinse right after swimming and follow with a deep condition.

How long will my order take?

Shipping and processing takes 2–14 business days. Shipping is a $9.99 flat rate, and we currently ship to US addresses only. Every order ships in discreet, unbranded packaging.

What is the return policy?

Unopened and unused hair can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Once it's installed, worn, washed, cut, or colored it's final sale. You email Shateria.a.professional@gmail.com with your order number to start one, you cover return shipping, and refunds go back to your card within 5–7 business days after I inspect it. If I send the wrong thing or it arrives damaged, you tell me within 48 hours with photos and I make it right — your choice of exchange or refund.

What if my hair has a quality problem after I install it?

Send photos or videos to Shateria.a.professional@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and I'll take it up with my supplier for you. Tip: always inspect your bundles before installing — check for smell, shedding, and tangling first.

How is the hair checked?

Shae quality-checks every bundle and wig before it ships, with attention to fullness, ends, lace, and overall finish.

Are the current photos final?

No. These are temporary example hair photos so you can see how each product will look in the shop. They’ll be replaced with photos of the actual inventory when they’re ready.
